Jaimee was drawn to yoga over a decade ago, however found herself on the mat consistently during a difficult season in her life and noticed that the practice offered so much more than just the physical benefits she was familiar with. She discovered the profound mental and emotional benefits and wanted to take a deeper dive into her journey with yoga.
Jaimee earned her 200RYT in an ashtanga based style of instruction. Her teaching focuses on providing a space to discover the joy of meditation in motion, the bliss of opening and building energy in the body, and discovering self love, and inner peace through her practice.

Whether you are getting physically ready for summer, looking to jumpstart and detox your system or just wanting to create a strong commitment to yourself, this class has what you need. Two full weeks of daily practice where you will not only build strength and gain flexibility, but you will find yourself sleeping better, felling more calm and having improved energy.
On the last Friday coffee, tea, and a light breakfast will be provided to grab and go or to sit and relax. As incentive, those who make all ten classes will receive a special gift as well.
There is a discounted pre-pay price of $95 for the entire session.
For those only able to make one or two classes you can come as a drop in for the regular drop in price or a punch on your card.

Get your yoga practice out of the way and save time in the evening for BBQ's and going to the lake.
This is the second time around for this early morning class. Build muscle, find balance, and start your day right.
Class size is limited so pre-registration is required.
Pre-pay for all 8 sessions or use your punch card to drop in if space allows.

Golfers Clinic
Improve your game and gain yardage through a sequence focused on shoulder strengthening and opening. Learn how to breath correctly in order to maintain a calm, focused and clear mind. Build core strength to help stabilize and accelerate movement through your swing. Level 1 is designed for the athlete with added strength building. Level 2 is a slower practice with more stretching. Come to one or both.
This is not a regularly scheduled class. Pre-registration is required.
Minimum 4 participants per class, Maximum of 10.
$20 a session or $30 for both.
