Expect tailored classes to meet the needs of each group, from slow flow/gentle yoga for beginners, relaxation and deeper stretching, to a Vinyasa
flow, suitable to build heat and strength in the body.
Jessica focuses on the breath to create a strong foundation and then builds from there to meet what each person’s body needs.
Her goal is to integrate a sequence that balances strength and flexibility. Jessica’s philosophy is that Yoga is for everyone and it is her
mission to share yoga by creating an environment that welcomes all levels of practice.

If you choose to do a private yoga package, which is a great idea for beginners, Jessica would work with you one-on-one to help you learn what
would work best for your body. This is a great way to really learn the poses and have the time to connect the breath, ask questions and
build a solid foundation to start a consistent ongoing yoga practice.
