Core Health provides an intimate setting for individual and group yoga classes.

Expect tailored classes to meet the needs of each group. All levels are welcome as Jessica teaches to the midline and offers several options for each pose. She focuses on the breath to create a strong foundation and then builds from there to meet what each person’s body needs. Her goal is to integrate a sequence that balances strength and flexibility. Jessica’s philosophy is that Yoga is for everybody and for every BODY. It is her mission to share yoga by creating an environment that welcomes all levels of practice.

If you choose to do a private yoga package, which is a great idea for beginners, Jessica would work with you one-on-one to help you learn what would work best for your body. This is a great way to really learn the poses and have the time to connect the breath, ask questions and build a solid foundation to start a consistent ongoing yoga practice

Jessica Carter is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. She is the founder and president of Core Health & Nutrition, LLC.

As a wife, mother, and dedicated professional, Jessica is passionate about living life to the fullest while still maintaining balance.

Jessica founded Core Health & Nutrition on the fundamental belief that with the right information and a little bit of motivation, anyone can have good health. She also believes that the ability to prevent disease and lead a healthy life is all about making the right choices. It is the mission of Core Health & Nutrition to provide clients with the knowledge, the tools and the motivation to make the best decisions for their health.
