Each class you attend will enter you into a drawing to win one of the following:

**Goodies**
Have a treat on us! Each class will have a snack for everyone to take with them after- yes, some of the classes will have donuts because there is always room to incorporate a little treat and some classes will have something more nutritious. The key to all things is balance and that is also with food- we have to be able to enjoy the good stuff along the way to making healthier choices :)

**Bring a Friend**
This week every "new" friend you bring to class, gets you a free punch on your punch card! Your friend also gets the class for free! 

**Free Classes for New Clients**
If you are new to the studio this week we are waiving the normal cost for first time attendees. This is the perfect way to see if the studio is a good fit for you.
