Fall Yoga Schedule

With the changing of the season, so to will the studio schedule shift. Along with this variation in schedule will come  some increased offerings such as workshops, immersion classes and monthly specials. Stay tuned in and check back weekly for new happenings.

Schedule for fall:


Monday   No Classes 
Tuesday  No Classes (Kundalini with Kathryn Available)
Wednesday 8:30 am, 1:45 pm, 4:30 pm
Thursday  10:30 am
 Friday 6:30 am, 8:30 am (Kundalini with Kathryn Available)
 Saturday  Mens Only Yoga 10:00 am* Classes and workshops
 Sunday  No Classes

*Class times are subject to change per interest and schedule conflicts

Meet Jessica

Jessica Carter is a Registered and Licensed Dietitian. She is the founder and president of Core Health & Nutrition, LLC.

As a wife, mother, and dedicated professional, Jessica is passionate about living life to the fullest while still maintaining balance.
